laura-millerI believe that every individual has a unique story. It is through understanding our personal story that we enter into healthy and fulfilling relationships. Your story may include depression, anxiety, abuse, trauma or a challenging life transition. It is my goal as a therapist to partner with you in your journey and to provide a comfortable and nurturing environment for personal insight, healing, and growth. Laura completed her Masters of Arts degree in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Azusa Pacific University. She is a Marriage and Family Therapy Registered Intern #95475, under the supervision of Marvin Warman, M.A, MFT.

Before receiving her MA from Azusa Pacific University, Laura has spent the last 15 years mentoring individuals and couples from her local church, assisting them with marriage and family dynamics such as depression, anxiety, panic attacks, trauma, adjustment disorders, and life skills.

Laura has also received formal training in working with and identifying personality make-up. She is a certified instructor of the Enneagram personality model: a tool to help individuals discover their inner potential, giftedness, and life purpose.

Laura is certified in Prepare and Enrich Marriage Curriculum as well as Gottman Level I Couples
Therapy. She is currently training in the use Emotional Transformation Therapy (ETT) as a means of effectively processing trauma, somatic pain, addictions, phobias as well as everyday concerns.
